When I started this blog I intended to maintain it to document just bars and night clubs in L.A. As it turned out, there proved to be a couple of problems with this idea. First, though I love a good time as much as anyone, I don't hit the night spots often enough to maintain the necessary momentum on a blog devoted to the subject. Secondly, when you decide to write about night life you inevitably have to say something about the entertainment. I'll listen to just about anything, but I'm not sufficiently hip to the local scene to become a music critic. Additionally, that would also create the expectation of sound and video clips, and I want to keep this blog silent, suitable for office workers to sneak a peek at when between conference calls.
The last post, concerning Tee-Gee's bar in Atwood Village, has been moved and republished on my main blog, Wandering In L.A.
